There is a set screw that retains lock cylinder. I would start by replacing the right front door lock actuator latch assembly and if that works properly in the lock position and unlock position then the problems are all in the actuators and they would need to be changed. If that doesn t work my guess would be you have a blown rear liftgate fuse or a faulty rear door actuator or both. 3 out of 4 locks are.

The down position deactivates the rear hatch power lock and power up down rear liftgate.
